What is Hulum: Rent, Food & Services?
Hulum is an online platform that connects users with businesses and individuals offering various services across multiple categories, including rents, lawyers, realtors, restaurants, stores, events, financial services, and home services. The purpose of Hulum is to provide a convenient and accessible platform for users to discover, connect with, and engage businesses and individuals offering services in the above categories. Our platform allows service providers to list their services, and users to search, review, and engage with these services. Hulum acts as a neutral platform, facilitating connections between users and service providers. We do not provide the services ourselves. Our role is limited to providing a platform for listing, searching, and connecting users with service providers.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account using your email address and password, or you can sign in with Google or Apple for convenience.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes, after signing up with your email, a verification link will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link to verify your email address before you can log in.
I don't receive the verification email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, go to the login page and click "Resend Verification Email." Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Is my email and personal information secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize user security and use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
How do I list my business?
After creating an account, click the "Publish" button in the bottom navigation bar, choose a category, fill out your business details, upload images, and publish your listing.
Can I edit my business listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit your listing at any time. To do so, go to Profile > My Listings, then select the business listing you want to update. On the Details page, click Edit, make your changes, and save to update your listing.
What types of businesses can I list?
You can list businesses in these categories: rents, lawyers, realtors, restaurants, stores, travel agencies, events, financial services, and home services.
Is it free to list my business?
Yes, adding your business listing is completely free. You can create an account, list your business, and start reaching customers at no cost.
What are the benefits of upgrading to a premium listing?
Premium listings include: - Featured business label - Premium visibility - Exclusive exposure on competitors' pages - Detailed performance analytics - Social media promotions
How much does a premium listing cost?
Pricing depends on the category and promotion period: - Rents and Events: $29.99 for a 1-month promotion. - All other categories: $259.99 for a 12-month (1-year) promotion.
How do I upgrade to a premium listing?
To upgrade your listing to a premium one, follow these steps: 1. Go to Profile. 2. Select My Listings. 3. Click the "Promote" button next to your listing. 4. Review the details of the promotion. 5. Complete the payment to activate your premium listing. Your business will then be featured with enhanced visibility and additional promotion benefits.
How do I delete my business listing?
To delete your business listing, follow these steps: 1. Go to Profile. 2. Select My Listings. 3. Click on the listing you want to delete. 4. On the listing's Details page, click Delete. Please note: Deleting your listing will not terminate the promotion. The promotion is a one-time, non-refundable charge.
